Job description

NextRow is looking to add a senior technical consultant to the fast growing Marketo team. As part of the team, you will have an opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients, helping them strategize Marketo implementations and integrations. Key Responsibilities Include: Leads Marketo platform & technical architecture, API development, web services, and data integration activities, platform support.

Oversee platform operations, ensures system is running efficiently and integrated with predefined data feeds along with middleware tool and other Adobe exchange partner solutions. Understands client's overall omni-channel marketing strategy; works with Business Relationship Managers and business clients to understand specific business processes and needs and opportunities for improvement; identifies IT capabilities and information required to support the business processes and collaborates in the development of appropriate IT strategies. Develops technology strategies solutions that meet the requirements of the business.

Identifies the business benefits of alternatives. Ensures technology solutions and implementation options align to business goals and objectives. Prepares testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete.

Responsible for technology strategy, features roadmap, architectural design, and technical operations for the Marketo Engage marketing automation platform Responsible for compliance with applicable client Policies and procedures.
