About the Role
PROCON E&C is a growing industrial and commercial construction company supporting multiple projects across the United States. We are hiring a bilingual Business Systems & Operations Coordinator to support Microsoft 365, business applications, IT equipment, assets, procurement, and cross-functional business operations. The role can be structured for a strong systems-oriented coordinator who is capable of independently owning the company's day-to-day systems and asset administration and serving as a reliable backup across Finance & Operations.
PROCON is filling one position and is using two alternate role profiles to reach candidates with different strengths. Candidates only need to apply once and may indicate their preferred track.
The selected candidate may assume a broader scope based on experience, including accounting support, insurance and compliance administration, business application ownership, and implementation of new systems and automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365, Security & User Administration
  • Create, modify, and deactivate Microsoft 365 user accounts and coordinate onboarding and offboarding access
  • Manage routine Teams, SharePoint, group, distribution list, and application permissions
  • Support Entra ID user administration, MFA, password resets, basic access reviews, and security controls
  • Respond to phishing, spam, account-security, email, printer, software, and user-access issues
  • Coordinate escalated technical issues with the company's managed service provider and track tickets through completion
  • Maintain access, license, device, and system-administration records

Business Applications & Implementation
  • Support business applications such as Acumatica, WorkforceGo, Vacation Tracker, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and project or compliance portals
  • Manage routine user access, data-quality checks, master-data updates, issue tracking, and vendor support coordination
  • Assist with system implementations, data cleanup, data migration, user acceptance testing, go-live checklists, and post-launch support
  • Prepare SOPs, user guides, training materials, and process documentation
  • Support reporting automation, workflow improvement, integrations, and other digital transformation initiatives

Assets, Procurement & Facilities Support
  • Prepare, issue, track, recover, and maintain laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and other company assets
  • Maintain asset inventories, assigned-user records, locations, warranties, licenses, and equipment status
  • Coordinate IT and standard corporate purchases, vendor quotes, orders, delivery, and receiving
  • Support facilities, office equipment, access devices, shipping, and equipment logistics
  • Maintain documentation needed for purchasing, receiving, asset capitalization, and audit support

Finance, Insurance & Operations Backup
  • Support transaction data entry, invoice and receipt matching, card documentation, vendor records, and month-end data preparation
  • Extract and organize information requested by the Business Operations Manager or external accountant
  • Support COI tracking, insurance exposure data, compliance files, corporate registrations, and audit documentation
  • Provide backup for employee travel, lodging, vehicle, onboarding, offboarding, and general field-support requests
  • Take ownership of assigned work through completion and promptly escalate issues that require policy, accounting, or management decisions

Qualifications
Required
  • Professional proficiency in both Korean and English
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, business systems, systems administration, technical operations, business operations, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and strong comfort with business software and data
  • Strong troubleshooting, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, project teams, and outside IT providers
  • High level of discretion when handling user access, employee, financial, and company information

Preferred
  • Experience with Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 security, endpoint support, or managed service providers
  • Experience with ERP/business applications
  • Experience with system implementation, data migration, UAT, workflow automation, or SOP development
  • Experience with asset management, procurement, commercial insurance, COIs, accounting support, or construction operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
