Acquisition Employee Enablement
  • Lead onboarding for employees joining CT through acquisitions
  • Rapidly assess incoming teams' technical skill levels and tool familiarity
  • Design targeted training plans to close gaps between acquired environments and CT standards
  • Serve as a stabilizing presence during post-close transitions

Program Structure & Content Development
  • Build and maintain onboarding playbooks, training paths, and role-based curricula
  • Standardize onboarding timelines (e.g., first week, first 30 days, first 90 days)
  • Ensure training materials remain current as tools and processes evolve

Continuous Improvement
  • Gather feedback from new hires, acquired employees, and managers
  • Track time-to-productivity and early performance indicators
  • Refine training content and onboarding flow based on real-world outcomes

Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Strong technical competency with MSP environments, including:
    • Help desk operations
    • Common MSP tooling (RMM, PSA, security stack, identity, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, train, and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience onboarding or ramping technical staff
  • Comfort operating independently in a lean organization
  • Ability to quickly earn credibility with technical teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time depending on M&A activity

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in MSP acquisitions or post-merger integration
  • Background in technical training, enablement, or L&D
  • Experience building training content from scratch
