Are you passionate about automotive technology and love sharing your expertise? As an Automotive Technical Instructor, you'll play a key role in developing the next generation of skilled technicians. This is more than teaching-it's an opportunity to directly impact dealership performance and elevate service excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on technical training based on OEM service curriculum
  • Manage and execute a rolling training schedule using tools such as Cornerstone LMS
  • Facilitate interactive learning in classroom and virtual environments (Teams, Zoom, LMS)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve training content
  • Ensure training environments, vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Provincial or Interprovincial Technician's License
  • 5+ years of hands-on automotive technical experience (OEM environment preferred)
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Comfortable delivering training in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and training platforms
