Job summary

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. This role will lead the transition of our marketing automation platform from Oracle Eloqua to Adobe Marketo and will be responsible for the ongoing management, optimization, and governance of Marketo following implementation.

This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will design scalable frameworks that support demand generation and revenue growth, while also ensuring campaigns and programs are executed with precision. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to ensure our systems and processes are aligned and effective.

What you will do

Lead Marketing Automation Transformation

  • Own and drive the migration from Eloqua to Marketo, including architecture design, data mapping, and program migration
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve existing processes during the transition
  • Establish scalable frameworks for campaign execution, reporting, and governance within Marketo

Drive Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and operationalize marketing automation strategies that support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Design and maintain lead lifecycle models, lead scoring frameworks, and segmentation strategies
  • Build and enforce consistent campaign hierarchies to enable accurate reporting and visibility
  • Define and support attribution models that measure marketing's impact across the buyer journey

Own Platform Operations

  • Manage day-to-day execution in Marketo, including campaign builds, QA, launches, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and system integrity across marketing systems
  • Create and maintain documentation, processes, and best practices for marketing automation

Reporting & Insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline impact
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision making

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to align systems and processes
  • Translate business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions
  • Support integrations across the martech stack without requiring direct engineering work

What you will have

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or marketing operations
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Marketo, including program design, lifecycle processing, and reporting
  • Experience leading or supporting a marketing automation platform migration (Eloqua & Marketo experience strongly preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of:
    • Lead scoring (behavioral and demographic)
    • Campaign hierarchy design
    • Attribution models and reporting
    • Segmentation and lifecycle management
  • Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and execution level
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Qualified, ZoomInfo, and Zoom Events
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and marketing data architecture
  • Experience in B2B enterprise or high-growth environments
