  • Own end-to-end program delivery across content, technical, authority, social, community, and commercial workstreams
  • Manage the master plan, dependencies, risks, and RAG status across 55+ initiatives
  • Lead weekly program standups and executive reporting
  • Keep agency partners and internal stakeholders accountable to timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
  • Coordinate across multiple lines of business and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee tooling and process infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth across the program
