The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale technology programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end delivery. This role requires expertise in program and risk management, technical design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. The position involves coordinating multiple teams, resolving ambiguities, and implementing continuous improvements while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will leverage domain knowledge and analytical problem-solving to optimize program outcomes, mentor team members, and promote operational excellence across technical initiatives.

What you'll do:
  • Define and manage large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and resources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions, resolving ambiguities and driving clarity in program execution.
  • Oversee system design discussions, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance across software and infrastructure components.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues to maintain program momentum and achieve objectives.
  • Establish and improve scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and operational excellence practices.
  • Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in program and technical management.
