JOB TITLE
[Construction] (Facility Management) Electric Assistant Manager
WHAT YOU WILL DO
โ€ข Responsible for supervision and management of electrical work for Hyundai Motor Group's Metaplant America, Inc. project (construction phase)
โ€ข Manage electrical work and electrical design contractors on the owner's side
โ€ข Manage construction schedule compliance and installation of appropriate equipment according to Hyundai Motor Group standards
โ€ข Responsible for technical and economic construction management activities to meet design and construction requirements
โ€ข Responsible for planning and cost of maintenance of electrical facilities after completion of construction, as well as business plans.
โ€ข In accordance with company policy, responsible for planning, ordering, etc. for expansion or modification, repair and replacement of electrical facilities, etc.
[ General Management]
โ€ข Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives, and oversee development and achievement of them across the organization.
โ€ข Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.
โ€ข Develop architectural plans and associated projects in all stages : setting materials, finishes, techniques, methodologies, analyzing data and information, and developing technical financial feasibility studies.
โ€ข Monitor and supervise the work and services defined.
โ€ข Responsible for supervising electric construction companies at the site.
โ€ข Meet all other requirements as assigned.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Minimum:
โ€ข More than 5 years electric or engineering experience as site manager or engineer
โ€ข Experience as a middle manager in a team of 10 or more.
โ€ข Experience with electric related documentation, submitals, drawings, reports, etc.
โ€ข In-depth knowledge of electric industry regulations.
โ€ข Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Autocad.
โ€ข Exceptional leadership, time management, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related area.
Preferred:
โ€ข More than 7 years electric or engineering experience in electrical industrial field in the US
โ€ข Experience in construction management in the automotive industry
โ€ข Experience in electrical facility maintenance in the automotive industry
โ€ข State approved license preferred
Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
