Job Summary
The Business Manager for Facilities Services provides strategic leadership and oversight of all business and financial operations supporting facilities management functions. This role ensures efficient administration of budgets, procurement, contracts, and operational processes related to maintenance, construction, and campus infrastructure services.
Responsibilities
  • Act as integral leader toward the success of the Division by driving operational excellence
  • Adeptness in identifying problems and changing requirements relating to business processes
  • Analyze financial documents and data to assess the accuracy and integrity of the data
  • Facilitate the development of annual budget(s)
  • Coordinate and oversee annual activities (ex: inventory and contract renewal process)
  • Manage department(s) budget(s), including tracking expenditures and providing reports/analysis
  • Oversee all department(s) purchasing processes in compliance with State and University policy
  • Serve as liaison with various departments across the University

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • Three (3) or more years of related work experience
