Night Shift: Sunday-Tuesday 6:00 PM-6:00 AM; Wednesday 6:00 PM-12:00 AM
Salary, DOE
Core Responsibilities
  • Repair, replace, and adjust facility and production equipment to support safe, efficient operation.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and hydraulic systems.
  • Complete equipment layouts and coordinate with engineers or vendors when needed.
  • Follow plant safety, environmental, food-handling, and operating procedures.
  • Support Lean and continuous-improvement practices and communicate equipment concerns and improvement ideas.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience or vocational training in welding, electrical work, mechanical repair, refrigeration, or hydraulics.
  • Experience in poultry or food-processing operations is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work the stated overnight schedule.
