Position: Technical Recruiter

Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates
  • Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts
  • Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors
  • Identifying potential sales leads


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Competitive Spirit
  • Proactive and coachable
  • Strong organization skills / detail oriented


Projected Earnings for Top Performers:

  • Year 1: 45k-55k
  • Year 2: 50k-75k
  • Year 3: 70k-100k
