Job description

Title: Cyber Communications Tech Writer
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 5-6 Months
Key Duties

Request Management: Collect and triage comms requests from internal teams.
Message Drafting: Translate technical content into user-friendly language.
Customer Engagement: Set expectations and provide updates on message delivery.
Multi-Channel Distribution: Publish across email, portals, training platforms, and SPO.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Training, and Corporate Comms.
User Impact Translation: Explain how control/policy changes affect user experience.
Cyber Awareness:
Foster a culture of "students of security" by delivering the global cyber awareness program. 
This includes firm-wide InfoSec communications and maintaining internal security resources and guidance pages on client’s intranet site.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote cybersecurity awareness across the firm.
Craft engaging and informative content for various channels, including newsletters, intranet posts, emails, and social media.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the firm's security policies and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, using feedback and data to continuously improve outreach efforts.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree strongly encouraged, preferably in Communications, Technical Writing, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
