About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst (Technical Analyst III) to lead analysis and solution delivery across our policy administration platform, supporting both new development and enhancements to existing systems. This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable technical solutions, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring reliable system performance across a complex, integrated environment.

This position requires more than issue resolution; it demands a professional who can analyze problems deeply, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions that eliminate recurring issues. The ideal candidate proactively identifies opportunities to improve system reliability and efficiency through automation, enhanced monitoring, recovery processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this individual will serve as a key contributor on strategic initiatives, partner closely with business and technical teams, and mentor others while promoting a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence.

What you'll do
  • Collaborate with the businesstoidentifyfunctional requirements and turn those into usable technical requirements and user stories for new applications and enhancements to existing systems
  • Lead or serve as a primary contributor on multi-system, cross-functional initiatives
  • Perform detailed system and impact analysis across integrated applications and data flows
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and integration points early in the delivery process
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of applications across the environment
  • Create system models, specifications, diagrams, and process flows to guide development
  • Own theconfiguration, maintenance,and production support for assigned systems
  • Recreate issues and document detailed technical requirements and findings
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more (5+ years) of Analystor Platform Adminexperience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodology and concepts.
  • Experience in overseeing the design, development, and / or implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
