We’re looking for a Process Technician who doesn’t just “run machines” — but understands the process, fixes issues, and improves output.

This is a hands-on, high-skill role inside a growing operation in Naperville.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Technician with direct plastic injection molding experience. Candidates must have hands-on background in mold setup/changeovers, process troubleshooting, and defect reduction in a production environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Plastic injection molding experience
  • Mold setup / mold changes
  • Troubleshooting defects such as flash, short shots, and warp
  • Process adjustment support
  • Comfortable with 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Preferred:

  • Husky, Engel, or similar equipment
  • Wittmann, FANUC, CBW, or similar automation
  • Setup sheets / process documentation

Important Fit Note:
General machine operator, warehouse, packaging, or maintenance-only backgrounds without direct injection molding setup/process experience are not the target for this role.
