For this role, reporting to the Business Development Director, we areseeking a TechnicalSales Advisorwhowill act as the primarytechnical interface to ourcustomersandpartnerssupporting theadoptionefforts intheAmericasregion,in particular, the United States.Working closely with theregionalBusiness Development Manager, thishigh visibilityrole bridgescustomer technical needs, product capabilities, and commercialization effortsto accelerate adoption of next-generation cooling technologies.

The ideal candidate willpossessa blend of technicalexpertiseand commercial acumen, along with a provenknowledge of thethermal systemsused in thesectorofthe Data Centers.

Thispositioncanbe located inNewark, Delaware orremoteinthe USA with preference to theWest Coast or Texas areas.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide technicalexpertiseand support to customers alongside theregionalBusiness Development Manager

  • Engage with ecosystem partners (OEMs, integrators, labs) to enable system integration and adoption

  • Translate customer requirements into tailored liquid cooling solutions and system specifications

  • Lead application development, field trials, and validation of liquid cooling technologies

  • Analyze performance data and deliver technical insights and recommendations

  • Develop technical contentwith the support of the marketing and communication teams(case studies, white papers, competitive insights)

  • Contribute to market intelligence, competitive analysis, and technology positioning

  • Provide input tonew product development and technology roadmapbased on customer feedback and market needs

  • Represent the company in technical forums, conferences, and industry collaborations

The following is required for this role:

  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree inMechanicalEngineering, Thermal Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.

  • 5-10 years of experience in:

  • Data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, HVAC, or thermal management

  • Technical service, application engineering, or technical marketing roles

  • Strong understanding of:Data center cooling architectures (air, liquid, immersion, DTC)as well as Heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and system integration

  • Proven ability to workindependently,cross-functionally and customer-facing

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical details into business value

  • Ability to travel across the region and outside the region, 30% to 50% of the time.

The following is preferred for this role:

  • Experience with two-phase cooling systems (direct-to-chip and immersion)

  • Familiarity withHyperscalersandOEM ecosystem

  • Experience working in high-growth or emerging technology markets

  • Participation in industry organizations (OCP, ASHRAE, etc.)
