The Role

We are looking for an RTSM Manager, Technical Design to join our Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. This individual will manage a technical team responsible for the technical design, coding, and delivery of RTSM projects. Working closely with key stakeholders across the team, this individual will play a critical role in helping us innovate and deliver with speed and quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage a team of 10+ consultants
  • Inform and advise on coding best practices, code libraries, standardization, and efficient program execution
  • Work with the team on quality and speedy delivery to our customers
  • Project manage multiple key initiatives
  • Support team members and Customers on calls and meetings as needed
  • Quarterback of the internal team to ensure we have a growing and scalable process and product
  • Find and hire excellent team members to join the Veeva RTSM team
  • Less than 10% travel required
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing a team of individual contributors
  • 5+ years of experience in the technical design of a system
  • 5+ years of experiencein coding/leadership
  • Expertise in coding in C#, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proficient in MSSQL
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with implementation of coding libraries and customer standards
  • 2+ years of experience in RTSM

Compensation
  • Base pay: $100,000 - $200,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
