Job Description ServiceNow Technical Lead Position Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). This role will lead technical delivery, guide solution architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and well-governed ServiceNow implementations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or related capabilities. Proven experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations or technical projects.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-to-CMDB integration concepts. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and REST/SOAP APIs. Solid knowledge of ITIL principles, CMDB governance, and data quality best practices.

Strong analytical, communication, and technical documentation skills. ServiceNow certifications are considered an asset. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.

Define and maintain CMDB data models, configuration item (CI) structures, and governance standards. Design and implement integrations between cloud platforms and ServiceNow. Ensure CMDB data quality through reconciliation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and transition to operational support. Knowledge & Skills Strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, CMDB, and ITOM. Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise system integrations.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to lead technical initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
