Technical Data Steward
Serve as the technical data steward responsible for ensuring Employee Enablement Systems data is implemented, governed, and maintained in alignment with business intent and technical standards.
โ€ข Act as Technical SME for Data Domains
o Serve as the subject matter expert for source systems and data domains, understanding application and system impacts of data decisions
o Evaluate and communicate downstream system dependencies, constraints, and impacts
โ€ข Bridge Business and Technology
o Partner closely with Business Data Stewards and Data Owners to translate business data requirements into compliant technical implementations
o Ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution
โ€ข Support Data Governance & Compliance
o Implement and enforce Data Governance policies, standards, and architectural principles across systems
o Ensure governed data is implemented, maintained, and controlled in alignment with enterprise standards
o Support audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation activities
โ€ข Drive Data Quality & Defect Resolution
o Identify root causes of data quality issues across systems and integrations
o Partner on defect resolution and provide technical evidence for closure
o Contribute to data quality metrics and reporting
