WWPS seeks a Data Analyst/Program Integration Specialist to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ supporting the semiconductor construction industry. The successful candidate must possess solid leadership, technical, organizational, communication skills, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and a work history that represents increased levels of responsibility on a progressive basis.
The right candidate would help us properly structure our information and help with developing integrated reporting. There is a need to be self-motivated and self-efficient. Confident with Excel (Data Transfer, Formulas, VBA, Visuals), Access, Power Point & PowerBI. Experience working with larger data sets, creating, and structuring data sets, supporting business processes to collect required data and report on it. Construction knowledge/ semiconductor construction knowledge is a huge bonus!
**Seeking Local Candidates Only, this position is onsite in Chandler, AZ**
Primary Responsibilities
  • Development of predictive models to characterize cost, schedule, and resource variables in the construction environment in Excel and Access
  • Development of indicators to show construction project status and forecasts
  • Connect to other data sources to collect information for data mining and analysis
  • Integrate data sources including cost, procurement, schedule, resources to enable data analytics to assess project risk, status, and trends
  • Develop tools to enable users to extract and analyze project information
  • Complete administrative tasks to support the team

Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years related-work experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Good analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Software with strong knowledge of Access, Excel and Power BI
  • General understanding of project scheduling software Primavera P6
  • Self-starter; creates solutions/alternatives; anticipates; acts on facts.
  • Deals with conflict successfully.
  • Must have good attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good working ethics and ability to treat documents with confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting and to provide leadership when required to do so.
