Technical Customer Support professionals assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to a company's products or services. They serve as the main point of contact for customers experiencing problems, providing solutions via phone, email, chat, or remote access tools. These roles require strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
