- Advertising Fundamentals: Deep understanding of advertising fundamentals including positioning, target audience psychology, the buyer's journey, and conversion-focused messaging. You should know the difference between awareness, consideration, and decision-stage copy-and how to write effectively for each.
- Channel Expertise: Experience writing for both digital and traditional channels with platform-specific expertise. Understanding of SEO principles, character limits, accessibility best practices, and how copy performs differently across social media platforms, email, paid search, and display advertising.
