Job description

Job Title: Conversion & Creative Strategist
Reporting To: VP of Growth / Founder
Job Summary
The Conversion & Creative Strategist at Triquetra Health is responsible for owning the messaging, positioning, and conversion strategy behind Triquetra's product catalog across Amazon, Shopify, paid media, and other digital channels.
This role exists to bridge the gap between science and conversion-translating complex product mechanisms into clear, persuasive messaging that resonates with real buyers and drives measurable business results.
As the owner of the strategic argument behind every product, the Conversion & Creative Strategist develops positioning frameworks, messaging architecture, conversion hypotheses, and testing strategies that improve customer understanding and increase conversion performance. This role works closely with design, paid media, content, and leadership teams to ensure product messaging remains clear, consistent, and performance-driven across every customer touchpoint.
This is not a design role. The primary responsibility is owning what we say, why it matters, and how it converts.
Duties & Responsibilities
Messaging Strategy & Positioning
  • Own the positioning and messaging architecture for Triquetra's hero products and product lines across all major channels
  • Develop clear, compelling product narratives that translate complex health and wellness science into customer-first messaging
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across Amazon listings, Shopify product pages, landing pages, paid ads, and creative assets
  • Refine value propositions, core claims, product angles, and differentiators to improve buyer trust and conversion

Conversion Optimization & Testing Strategy
  • Build and manage a structured conversion testing framework across product pages, landing pages, and marketplace listings
  • Develop hypotheses based on performance data, customer behavior, and competitor insights
  • Prioritize testing opportunities based on expected impact, business goals, and channel performance
  • Continuously analyze conversion metrics, test results, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Translate winning concepts into repeatable conversion strategies across product categories

Creative Strategy & Brief Development
  • Convert product insights, performance data, and competitive intelligence into actionable creative briefs
  • Provide strategic direction for designers, video editors, UGC creators, and content partners
  • Ensure briefs clearly define target audience, messaging angle, objections, emotional drivers, and desired conversion outcome
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve execution quality and performance alignment

Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor product pages, listings, funnels, creative strategies, and conversion tactics
  • Monitor trends in supplements, wellness, ecommerce, and DTC marketing
  • Build and maintain a structured swipe file and competitor intelligence system
  • Translate competitor learnings into actionable testing opportunities and strategic recommendations

Performance Analysis & Growth Insights
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of messaging, campaigns, and creative concepts using key performance metrics
  • Identify which messaging angles drive stronger engagement, click-through rates, and conversion
  • Build feedback loops that continuously improve positioning and creative performance
  • Partner with leadership and growth teams to support data-driven decision making

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with design, paid media, ecommerce, product, and leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Support launch planning for new products, promotions, and campaigns with strong conversion-focused messaging
  • Contribute to strategic discussions around customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business growth and evolving priorities

Process Development & Scalability
  • Build scalable frameworks and systems to support messaging consistency across 100+ SKUs
  • Develop SOPs, templates, and workflows for briefing, testing, and performance review processes
  • Help establish best practices for conversion strategy and creative performance across the organization
  • Support the long-term development of Triquetra's conversion and creative strategy function

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Conversion Optimization (CRO), Ecommerce Growth, Performance Marketing, Copywriting, or Creative Strategy
  • Proven experience driving measurable conversion improvements across e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Strong copywriting and messaging strategy skills with a deep understanding of customer psychology
  • Experience translating technical, scientific, or complex products into simple, persuasive messaging
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience running structured A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in supplements, wellness, healthcare, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
  • Experience with Amazon marketplace optimization and listing conversion strategy
  • Experience in DTC e-commerce brands with multi-channel sales environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Google Analytics, heat mapping tools, and testing platforms
  • Experience working with creative teams, UGC creators, and paid media teams

Key Success Indicators
Success in this role will be measured by:
  • Improvement in product page and listing conversion rates
  • Increase in revenue driven by messaging and conversion optimization initiatives
  • Improved consistency and clarity of messaging across channels
  • Quality and effectiveness of testing frameworks and creative briefs
  • Speed and quality of strategic insights delivered to the business

What Success Looks Like
A successful Conversion & Creative Strategist at Triquetra Health is someone who can quickly identify why messaging is not converting, develop stronger positioning, and build systems that consistently improve performance across channels.
This person combines strategic thinking, customer psychology, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution to turn product science into persuasive messaging that drives measurable growth.
