We are seeking a creative, technically skilled, and highly organized Video and Photo Content Producer to join our in-house Marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, writing, producing, photographing, filming, editing, and delivering professional video content that supports sales, marketing, customer training, product education, and internal communications across all company brands.

The ideal candidate is is an exceptional visual storyteller who understands both creative production and business objectives. They are equally comfortable creating polished product launch videos and photos, customer testimonials, software tutorials, trade show content, social media content, and detailed training videos. This position will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to transform technical information into engaging visual content.

The compensation for this position is a combination of salary, medical, dental, and life insurance benefits along with a generous amount of paid time off. The annual salary for this role is $68,000-$82,000, based on skills and experience.

Video and Photo Content Producer – How You'll Make a Difference

•Lead the development and production of video and photo content from concept through final delivery.
•Collaborate with marketing, product management, engineering, sales, and customer service to identify opportunities where video can improve communication, customer engagement, and product education.
•Produce a variety of marketing, sales, training, instructional, and digital media content that supports the company's Law Enforcement, Traffic Products, and Sports brands.
•Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visual stories for customers, partners, and internal audiences.
•Manage multiple video and photo projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and brand presentation.
•Maintain and organize video and photo assets, production equipment, and digital media libraries within the company's digital asset management structure.
•Stay current with emerging video production techniques, software, and digital media trends to continuously improve the company's visual communications.

Video and Photo Content Producer – What You Need to Succeed

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•Three or more years of professional video and photo production experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, cinematography, editing, and post-production skills.
•Proficiency with tabletop lighting techniques and lifestyle image photography.
•Proficiency with professional video editing software, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop), and modern production equipment.
•Experience creating marketing, promotional, educational, or technical content for business audiences.
•Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
