Job description

Job Summary:
Holmes Murphy is a leader in creating and managing captive insurance programs, and they are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to enhance their Salesforce platform. This role involves daily administration, user support, and configuration management of Salesforce to improve user adoption and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
• Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support
• Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive adoption.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be able to be on-site in Waukee, IA
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 0-2 years’ Salesforce experience.
• Skills: A desire for further learning of the Salesforce Platform is essential.
• Must possess ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Technical Competencies: Invests in developing technical knowledge to understand business needs, make informed decisions, and deliver effective technology solutions and processes.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by efficiently identifying problems, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing solutions or improvements.
Preferred:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
