Compliance Analyst to support global product compliance initiatives for industrial electrical products. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to product quality, certification, and market readiness on a global scale.

What You’ll Do as a Compliance Analyst:

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet regulatory and certification requirements across global markets. You’ll collaborate with engineering, laboratory teams, and external certification bodies to support new product development and maintain compliance standards.

Compliance Analyst Duties Include:
  • Researching, interpreting, and implementing industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Supporting new product development efforts related to compliance and certification
  • Maintaining and managing product certification documentation
  • Communicating with external certification bodies regarding applications, testing, and approvals
  • Monitoring compliance project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinating and supporting internal and external audits, including documentation and follow-ups
  • Organizing and managing short-term compliance-related projects
  • Partnering with laboratory teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
  • Preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and providing updates to leadership
  • Ensuring engineering procedures are properly followed and documented
