Your Role:

Fabrication:

Assist in production processes (laser, turret, shear, punch, weld) ensuring quality and safety.

Collaborate with team members and support 5S initiatives for improvement.

Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Assembly:

Assemble manufactured products while ensuring quality and safety.

Maintain communication with team members and participate in 5S for improvement.

Follow assembly documentation and procedures.

Paint:

Paint manufactured products, ensuring quality and safety.

Communicate with team members and contribute to 5S initiatives for improvement.

Follow painting process documentation and procedures.


What we're looking for:

High school diploma or GED.

1-5 years of related experience; department-specific experience preferred.

Skilled in using measurement devices (e.g., tape measures, calipers).

Able to interpret business information, technical procedures, and safety regulations.

Strong problem-solving abilities with limited standardization.

Proficient in internal software (word processing, spreadsheets, inventory control, communication).
