POSITION INFO:

The Product Compliance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining NIBCO's third-party product approvals across North American and International markets. This role serves as the primary liaison with certification and regulatory agencies, ensuring ongoing compliance and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

   Lead complex product certification projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget. 
   Manage corrective actions from third-party agencies, including tracking, resolution, and reporting. 
   Maintain long-term partnerships with testing and certification agencies. 
   Maintain accurate and up-to-date product certification and compliance documentation. 
   Support the development and execution of product approval strategies for procurement and manufacturing across multiple vendors and regulatory bodies. 
   Collaborate with manufacturing facilities to support audits, product testing, and ongoing certification maintenance. 
   Provide cross-functional support to Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Engineering teams. 
   Review and audit third-party approval claims in marketing materials and digital platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance.

EXPERIENCE:

 Preferred 3 years with proven growth record in Engineering, Business Development, Project Management, or Technical Marketing. 

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma/GED required. Preferred Technical / Associate's degree in STEM field(s)

TRAINING AND SKILLS:
  • Independent worker capable of continually leading tasks with limited oversight.
  • Work well through collaboration in a team setting.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Software. 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to travel.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Visual acuity to inspect products and machinery.
Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate testing equipment or gauges.
