Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a highly driven, Cyber Security focused Technical Recruiter in Addison. Whether you're well versed in tech recruitment or looking to break into this space, a career at K2 will give you access to in-demand talent in emerging technologies and skies the limit growth potential. As a Technical Recruiter you will:
  • Work closely with Account Managers to determine qualified staffing needs
  • Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates
  • Effectively recruit IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment
  • Place high-end technical professionals for all IT positions across multiple client companies
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis
  • Serve as the internal expert on your candidate portfolio (daily/weekly reporting)

THE REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven success in recruitment (internal or agency), sales, and/or customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb phone presence
  • Highly motivated nature with an innate sense of urgency and positive can-do attitude
  • Adept at organization and time management
  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots
  • Background in ERP/ Big Data & Analytics / Cloud / Digital is a plus
