About the Role



We are seeking a Technical Corporate Recruiter to help drive and expand our recruiting efforts. This person will work directly within the Recruiting team, collaborate with hiring managers in building their project teams, and be responsible for running a well-organized, efficient and successful recruiting process.



Responsibilities



  • Provide a strong focus on sourcing passive and active candidates through networking, complex internet searches, research, and telephone calls for current and prospective needs.
  • Perform search functions including database mining, job board searches, functional Web site searches, direct sourcing, and cold calling to assist with passive/active candidate development.
  • Recruit on technical roles like Network Architect, Storage Administrators, Virtualization Engineers, Private/Public Cloud and Automation/Orchestration.
  • Work closely with Recruiting team and hiring managers to identify new avenues to attract talent.
  • Interface with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, office visits, recruiting events, etc.; Collect and distribute interview feedback; facilitate candidate review sessions.
  • Post approved positions on applicant tracking system, job boards & social media sites; filter through incoming resumes and determine whether candidate is a fit for positions.
  • Maintain compliance and sourced candidate information to help ensure that the internal research database is updated regularly.
  • Assist with performing reference checks by contacting candidates’ prior managers and/or peers.
  • Source, maintain and update competitive intelligence data.
  • Perform direct follow-up on referrals to identify qualified candidates.

Qualifications



  • 2-6 years work experience in candidate research/recruitment at the professional services and/or search firm level with an emphasis on information technology and/or consulting; agency recruiters welcome.
  • Experience with Hardware/Software recruitment (Developers, Network / Storage / Virtualization Engineers, Infrastructure Architects, Pre-Sales).
  • Strong command of Boolean search, natural language search, social media, job board search.
  • Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy in work; Excellent organizational skills with an ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing in a highly aggressive and competitive market; Solid direct sourcing and cold calling experience; Confident at quickly adapting to a changing work environment and priorities.
  • Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Will be accountable for running the recruiting process and coaching junior recruiters.
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential; Must have the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple search requests based on resource needs.
  • Ability to complete work projects with speed and accuracy, often under pressure and/or short deadlines.
  • Experience with Lever is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
