  • The technical consultant develops and delivers training courses to instruct clients and technical staff on the installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products.
  • The successful candidate will also be required to respond to technical support requests.
Qualifications

  • Participer a l'elaboration, au developpement et a la mise a jour des cours et du materiel utilise lors de la formation.
  • Participer a l'etablissement du contenu du cours et des objectifs d'apprentissage des techniciens.
  • Preparer le programme de cours, les plans de cours, les manuels de l'etudiant et coordonner le developpement du materiel de formation.
  • Etablir les besoins de formation.
  • Developper des mesures pour evaluer l'efficacite des activites de formation.
  • Mettre a jour le materiel de cours sur une base reguliere afin d'assurer la pertinence du contenu.
  • Organiser les formations en utilisant toutes les methodes disponibles.

  • Assisting our dealers in troubleshooting technical issues related to our units.
  • When necessary, conducting site visits to assist dealer technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to our units.
  • Participating in the development and updating of training courses and materials.
  • Participating in establishing course content and learning objectives for technicians.
  • Preparing the course syllabus, lesson plans, student manuals, and coordinating the development of training materials.
  • Determining training needs.
  • Developing measures to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
  • Updating course materials regularly to ensure content relevance.
  • Organizing training sessions using all available methods.

Compensation: This is an exempt salaried position. The starting salary range for this position and market is between $69,600.00 and $91,350.00 per year. Factors that may influence starting salary include geography/market location, as well as the successful candidate's skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Employees in this position may also be eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the applicable company plan. Employees in this position are not eligible for overtime pay.
