About the role
As a Technical Product Manager, you will make an impact by driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of modernized outbound communication capabilities while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. You will be a valued member of the healthcare technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, engineering teams, infrastructure partners, vendors, and client leadership to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for outbound communication platforms and related modernization initiatives.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize a healthy product backlog in Rally, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business value, measurable outcomes, and delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver roadmap commitments, guide solution design decisions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Lead stakeholder communications, product demonstrations, and progress reviews while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks across integrated systems and vendor workflows.
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate routine activities, enhance decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you must have to be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience within the U.S. Healthcare domain, including payer, provider, or healthcare operations environments.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery models.
  • Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable product features and technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
  • Ability to apply AI capabilities to improve productivity and business outcomes.

  • Experience using Rally for Agile planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, cloud-based data platforms, or modern cloud technologies.
  • Experience modernizing customer communication platforms and digital engagement capabilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems and healthcare technology integrations.
  • Leveraging approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve productivity.
  • Consistent use of enterprise-approved AI platforms, including GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other approved generative AI solutions.
  • Applying AI capabilities to enhance documentation, data analysis, requirements management, and decision-making processes.

Compensation
$105,000 - $129,500
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
