Presently, we continue to challenge ourselves, expanding our product range to include electronics and home appliances, while consistently providing customers with products showcasing the latest technology, all at affordable prices.   


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to drive key corporate technology initiatives, focusing on the buildout and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP platform and the development of custom applications that support our manufacturing operations. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical execution, architecture alignment, and team leadership-working cross-functionally with internal team members and strategic external partners.


The ideal candidate is a versatile full-stack developer with proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across platforms and systems. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions (i.e., key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished to fulfill the purpose of the Technical Lead position includes but is not limited to: 


Project & Delivery Management (25%)

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task assignments, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress and proactively address roadblocks or delays.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery and team productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and project execution.

Technical Leadership & Architecture (20%)

  • Lead cross-functional teams of internal developers and partner resources.
  • Translate architectural requirements and business needs into technical tasks and execution plans.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development team members.
  • Own project timelines, resource allocations, and issue resolution.

Application Development & Integration (20%)

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations and extensions to NetSuite ERP and other enterprise platforms.
  • Build and support custom applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Ensure high code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices, code reviews, and testing.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (15%)

  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors or partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Risk & Quality Management (15%)

  • Identify potential technical risks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes or new integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate and select tools or frameworks that enhance system reliability and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
  • 15+ years of development experience with deep expertise in enterprise architecture and systems integration. 
  • Proven leadership in architectural design and strategy, driving the development of scalable, secure systems that align with business goals.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and platforms, including:
  • NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteQL)
  • SQL Server
  • C#/.NET
  • React/JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Experience working with Commerce platforms such as:
  • Sitecore OrderCloud
  • Shopify Plus
  • Familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs) such as:

  • Sitecore XM Cloud
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Agile Methodologies Expertise: Applying Agile principles and frameworks within projects, including participation in ceremonies, managing backlogs, and fostering collaboration within teams.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential technical risks that could impact project success.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE

  • Manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP implementation experience.
  • Prior technical leadership or team lead roles.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS).
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or implementation partners.
  • Familiarity working with tools like Workato and SPS Commerce a plus.
