Job description

Mammography Technologist Travel Assignment

Join our team as an experienced Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Belleville, NJ. In this role, you will perform specialized breast imaging examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease for an outpatient healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Mammography (M) certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of mammography technologist experience.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience working in an outpatient imaging environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with digital mammography equipment and positioning techniques.
  • Ability to perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, including spot compression and stereotactic-assisted imaging.
  • Excellent patient communication and documentation skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with breast ultrasound and 3D (tomosynthesis) mammography.
Assignment Details
  • Facility type: Outpatient.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift days: Monday - Friday.
  • Shift hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
