These trainees often participate in structured programs offered by companies, educational institutions, or bootcamps, where they receive hands-on experience in areas such as software development, IT support, or data analysis. The aim is to provide foundational knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to transition into full-time technical positions. Tech trainees may come from various educational backgrounds and are typically early in their careers or looking to transition into the tech industry.
