Why This Role Matters

Technology touches virtually every part of our business. From helping an employee get back online to ensuring systems across our dealerships remain operational, your work directly supports our teams and the customers they serve.

This is an opportunity to build hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies while working in a multi-location business environment. You won’t be limited to one type of support—you’ll have opportunities to learn about networks, servers, cloud services, security, business applications, hardware, and more.

Are You:

  • A natural problem solver who enjoys figuring out how things work?

  • Comfortable helping both technical and non-technical users?

  • Able to explain technical information in clear, easy-to-understand terms?

  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple support requests?

  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team?

  • Interested in continually learning new technologies and expanding your IT skills?

  • Comfortable travelling between business locations when required?

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting personal computers, printers, and standard office equipment

  • Familiarity with PC hardware, remote desktop applications, printer troubleshooting, and basic network troubleshooting

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • A valid Manitoba Class 5I or 5F driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations

Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, server hardware, networking, virtualization, security, cloud services, Veeam, or Managed Services is considered an asset.
