Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and eager IT Support Level 1 Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in IT who is excited to learn, grow, and contribute to a modern, cloud-first IT environment.

The position focuses on providing excellent user support, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, and learning from more experienced team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, a willingness to take ownership of tasks, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities • Provide Tier 1 support for IT systems, including: o Windows 11 environments and Dell laptops. o Cisco Meraki infrastructure (basic troubleshooting of switches, wireless access points, etc.). o Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune MDM. o iOS device setup and management using Apple Business Manager. • Assist with monitoring IT systems and escalating issues to Level 2 support or senior team members as needed. • Support ticket resolution through Zendesk or similar platforms, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation. • Help maintain IT documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles. • Perform basic asset management and inventory tracking. • Promote security best practices and assist with endpoint management. • Participate in training opportunities to develop technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
