Job description

Am Law top 100 and ranked a Top 10 M&A firm across all industries is seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates to join its Startup and Venture Capital Group.


The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. DC bar preferred, but not required.
