Job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Systems Analyst to serve as the critical technical and process expert for the TurboTax Assisted Sales organization. This high-impact role is the bridge between Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, and Product Management, ensuring our sales technology stack is optimized for velocity and efficiency.

This position reports directly to the Sales and Field Enablement Leader within the Marketing Strategy team, guaranteeing that technical development is aligned with strategic sales goals.

You will manage the end-to-end sales workflow in Salesforce, driving the implementation of key systems (HVS, Tasks, Routing) and supporting strategic integrations with our full tech stack, including Calendaring and Conversational AI tools like Cresta. This role is focused entirely on accelerating the Concierge team's MQL -> SQL conversion rate and identifying scalable process improvements.

Responsibilities

Sales Tech Stack Implementation & Governance

  • Salesforce HVS & Task Architecture: Design, build, and deploy all required Sales Cadences (Nurture, No-Show, Expert Reassignment) and configure the full Tasks, Activities, and To-Do List architecture based on enablement-defined steps and SLAs.
  • Routing & Automation: Implement complex Lead Assignment Rules and Flow Automation (e.g., using Campaign ID) to ensure leads are immediately routed to the correct Concierge queue or specific Expert, minimizing response time.
  • Tech Stack Management (Systems Integration): Manage the operational integration and optimization of the entire Sales Tech Stack, including Human-Assisted Dialing (e.g., Connect and Sell), Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Cresta, Gong), Calendaring Tools (e.g., ChiliPiper), and their seamless data flow with Salesforce.

Process Design, Efficiency & Cross-Functional Support

  • Process & Efficiency Improvements: Partner directly with Sales Enablement leaders to analyze workflow data, proactively identify points of friction, and propose scalable efficiency improvements within the sales process.
  • Product Management Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison to the Product Management team, translating sales workflow needs and pain points into clear technical requirements for internal and third-party tools.
  • Data Governance and Systems Handoff (SFDC -> IEP): CRITICAL ADDITION: Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accurate mapping of lead and customer status between the Concierge CRM (Salesforce) and the Expert fulfillment system (IEP) to prevent pipeline leakage during the handoff.
  • Lead Management Governance: Maintain and optimize the integrity of lead fields, picklists, and conversion mapping to ensure accurate reporting between the Concierge (Salesforce) and Expert (IEP) systems.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct rigorous testing on all new deployments (Cadences, routing, views) to ensure a flawless Concierge experience before production release.

Reporting and Data Integrity

  • Salesforce Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track critical operational KPIs, including Daily Task Completion Rate, Total Past Due Activities/Overdue Tasks, and Cadence Performance Reporting.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data quality and governance standards are met for all new automations, preserving the accuracy of pipeline metrics and the audit trail for Experts.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Systems Analyst, or Sales Operations Analyst supporting a high-volume sales or SDR organization.
  • Proven technical expertise in Sales Engagement (HVS) / High Velocity Sales administration, including Cadence design and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or integrating multiple sales technologies, including Conversational AI platforms (Cresta, Gong), Human-Assisted Dialing platforms (Connect and Sell), Calendaring/Scheduling tools, and core CRM.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including Lead-to-Opportunity management, and ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
  • Proven track record of working independently to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and collaborating effectively with Product Managers and Sales Leadership.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Lead and Task Management architecture and reporting.
