Roles and responsibilities
● Drives sales revenue mostly through new customer acquisition via Outbound (85%).
● Responsible for taking ownership of an individual sales quota.
● Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with prospective customers
and Salesforce Account Executives in the assigned territory/market segment to generate
new logo business for AppShark.
● Responsible for managing the whole lead-to-closure sales process.
● Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of
the AppShark services, and close warm leads generated by the marketing team.
● Work towards exceeding assigned business, pipeline, and revenue goals while ensuring a
customer-first approach.
● Maintain the CRM with a high volume of leads and effectively manage an account set,
keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities.
● Communicate with the management team and team members to increase client
satisfaction, opportunity conversion, and drive overall sales improvements.
