Job Duties

Manage supporting sales activities and customer satisfaction with related technology products and services.
Manage Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager - Automation Emerging Technology (AET) personnel in all aspects of dealer and branch advanced technology sales activities.
Oversee target prospects, sales pipeline activities and ensure that the sales process is effective and appropriate.
Responsible for all related sales reporting and activities.
Actively participate in corporate business development efforts by contributing to innovative ideas, leading related projects and testing new methods and processes on end users.
Maintain a strong competitive market knowledge to position the Company as the superior choice.

Minimum Qualifications

8 - 15 years' related experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing or Engineering)

Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

Extensive travel (over 20%)
Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
Job requires employee to drive a lift truck
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business > 20% per week (more than 8 hours) and an MVR is required

Preferred Qualifications

15+ years' related experience.  Prior solution sales and sales management experience.  
Direct experience in business consulting, process development and product development. 
Strong communication skills, ability to qualify opportunities and position the company as the preferred technology solution.
