Hyve Solutions, a subsidiary of TD SYNNEX, is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities.

Position Summary

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate and manufacturing positions. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles supporting the assembly of energy-efficient server, storage, and networking solutions. Positions recruited for may range from warehouse associates and manufacturing technicians to engineering and professional-level employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate requirements, and team fit.
  • Develop and post job advertisements through various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and community organizations.
  • Actively source and engage qualified candidates through innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements through approved vendors.
  • Partner with Human Resources to support onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and workforce development resources.
  • Identify and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities that align with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activities within Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience in a corporate, manufacturing, technical, or high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Proven success sourcing and attracting qualified candidates across various skill levels.
  • Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ability to effectively engage candidates and assess motivation, qualifications, and fit.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Manufacturing or technology industry recruiting experience is preferred.
