IT Product Manager
Locations:- Kennesaw, GA; Chicago, IL; Addison, TX; Plano, TX; Jersey City, NJ; Chandler, AZ; Richmond, VA (Not more than 45 miles)
W2 Candidates only
Hybrid/ Onsite: Hybrid
Note: Client is looking for someone Product manager with payments , SQL , treasury and data management or data mining with banking exp.
Main responsibilities include the following but not only limited to these:
1. Product Management (PM) is responsible for the Program Backlog.
2. Responsible for identifying Customer needs, documenting requirements/features and prioritizing Epics/Features.
3. Work closely with design team on solution architect and provide the business support.
4. Work with PO to provide support on feature team.
5. Maintain PI objectives created by teams during the PI Planning and map them to iteration goals.
6. Provide support on the engagement requests - understanding high level ask and provide estimation for the effort collaborating with other team members.
A. Deep financial domain expertise. Candidate must have 5+ years of domain expertise in Treasury Products: DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing and Trade Finance.
B. Understanding of Banking and Treasury Value Chain.
C. Proficient in articulating the business problem and the technical solution. Must have the finesse to navigate within a large organization to influence big decision makers and win trust using people skills and technology knowledge
D. Proficient with eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, developing technical / system flows
E. Comfortable with reviewing technical designs, providing feedback and confirmation of alignment to desired capabilities
F. Deep understanding of Master Data Management Principles and Applications
G. Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting.
H. Strong experience supporting technical delivery. Experience in Python, Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
I. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
The role will be serve as the Product Manager for EMEA and APAC initiatives like Target 2, SEPA, SWISS SIC, MY RPP, Japan 24*7 etc. This role is the primary interface with the key business stakeholders and on-point to drive and deliver solutions.
