The Manager, Technical Packaging serves as the enterprise technical leader for beverage packaging systems, materials, and standards across Mark Anthony Brewing. This role is accountable for packaging governance, material qualification, supplier technical performance, package integrity, and packaging technology development while partnering closely with Operations, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Innovation teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective packaging solutions.

  • Plant ops teams (internal and external): align on material and equipment standards
  • Procurement teams: Work together on material sourcing strategies and impact cost recovery
  • Quality Assurance Teams: alignment on specs, test methods and NCR management
  • Equipment OEMs: align on equipment capability and material compatibility
  • Copackers and Suppliers: Align on material standards, AQLs/Defect rates and quality standards

Qualifications, Education & Experience:
  • BS Degree in Related Subject
  • Packaging Operations Management 5 yrs high speed environment
  • IBD Packaging Certifications
  • Extensive Beverage Packaging Material Expertise

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
  • Beverage packaging technologies/Packaging material science and material testing methodologies
  • SPC and process capability analysis/Root cause analysis/Power BI and data analytics
  • Capital project management
  • Cross-functional leadership/Influencing without authority

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
