Duration: 6-12 months C2H
Location: Spring TX - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, configure, and deploy applications and servers in a hybrid environment (on-prem and Azure).
  • Monitor production environments, proactively identify issues, and raise incidents through established control processes.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Collaborate with Dev, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
  • Support ongoing modernization efforts to increase Azure footprint (targeting 35% Azure by next year).
  • Troubleshoot performance issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
  • Document operational procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of application build and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
  • Experience with server management, both physical and virtualized.
  • Solid background in production monitoring and incident management.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
  • Experience working in hybrid environments (currently 85% on-prem / 15% Azure).

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large enterprise IT environments.
