Job description

Growing neurology digital health company is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in a hybrid setting! Clinic location New Haven CT!
About the Group:
  • Founded in 2022
  • This digital health company is focused on improving care for patients with neurological condition with a main focus in Parkinson's disease and dementia.
  • This group is closing the gap in neurology care and has developed a smartphone platform that allows patients to complete brief assessments at home, enabling clinicians to monitor changes in movement, speech, memory, and cognition between office visits.
Benefits and Features:
  • $80 - $102 per hour, depending on experience
  • PTO and CME opportunities
  • Assistance with licensure
  • Laptop provided
Your Role with the Company:
  • Part-time, 20 hours per week
  • APP will meet with patients virtually by phone, messaging, and video to review assessments and may include recommending medication adjustments based on findings
  • Primary focus will be on Parkinson's disease patients and expand to Dementia care down the line
  • This position will starts as an in clinic role and move to the hybrid model
  • Growth potential to full-time in the future
Background Profile:
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
  • 1+ years of experience as an NP or PA in primary care
  • CT state license required
  • Healthcare technology experience required
  • Experience with Parkinson's and/or Dementia is a plus
  • Multi-state licenses preferred
