Job description

Overview

AI applications and agents are driving the next major platform transformation, and today's builders are shaping the future of software. Winning this audience requires more than traditional marketing. It takes creativity, community-building, strategic influence, experimentation, and a deep understanding of how developers, founders, and software companies discover new technologies, adopt platforms, and bring innovations to market.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Apps & Agents Ecosystem Growth, you will join Microsoft's Software Development Company (SDC) Marketing team, helping accelerate the growth of the AI applications and agents ecosystem. • Drive adoption of Microsoft's AI technologies, platforms, tools, and programs through compelling builder journeys that inspire innovators to create, publish, and scale AI applications and agents on Microsoft.
  • Accelerate builders from engagement to build, publish, transact, and grow by increasing participation across Microsoft's activation, Marketplace, and commercialization programs.

  • Create and orchestrate cross-functional go-to-market plans across Microsoft AI Platform, Marketplace, Partner, Sales, and Microsoft for Startups teams to accelerate ecosystem growth and commercial impact.
  • Connect builder innovation with customer demand by helping bring AI applications and agents to Microsoft's global commercial ecosystem and customer base.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, builder trends, and ecosystem gaps to influence strategy, expand Microsoft's AI ecosystem, and accelerate business growth.
