What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced leader in Marketing Technology (MarTech) to define and drive the vision, strategy, and business impact of Amway's global marketing technology ecosystem.
This role will lead a portfolio of platforms that power content, CRM, personalization, customer service, and omnichannel engagement. You will partner across Marketing, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Security, and market teams to deliver modern, composable, AI-enabled marketing solutions that accelerate global growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep MarTech expertise and a strong product mindset, with the ability to lead large-scale transformation and drive measurable business outcomes without requiring extended ramp-up time.
What you'll do day to day:
  • Define and lead the multi-year vision and strategy for marketing technology solutions aligned to enterprise and customer lifecycle goals
  • Own and evolve a global product and platform portfolio, including:
    • CRM and communications systems
    • Digital asset management
    • Customer engagement and service platforms
    • Shared services such as APIs, data, personalization, and AI capabilities
  • Drive modern, composable digital capabilities using API-first, event-driven, and modular architectures
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle execution (plan → build → launch → scale → retire)
  • Establish and govern:
    • Product strategy and roadmaps
    • Investment and prioritization frameworks (e.g., OKRs, intake, trade-offs)
  • Define and drive AI-enabled marketing capabilities, supporting personalization, automation, and customer experience innovation
  • Build ROI-driven business cases and measure outcomes across:
    • Revenue enablement
    • Operational efficiency
    • Customer lifecycle performance
  • Lead data, analytics, and experimentation practices, including:
    • Product metrics frameworks
    • A/B and multivariate testing
    • Behavioral insights and journey analytics
  • Partner cross-functionally with:
    • Marketing leadership
    • Engineering and architecture teams
    • Data and analytics
  • Own vendor and ecosystem strategy, including selection, integration, and performance management
  • Build and lead a high-performing product organization, including:
    • Talent development
    • Product standards and ways of working
    • Agile delivery practices
  • Enable global markets through:
    • Platform reuse and modular capabilities
    • Playbooks, frameworks, and adoption guidance

Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience across product management, program management, business analysis, or related domains
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) (required - must have deep domain expertise)
  • Experience leading product strategy, platform vision, and delivery for large-scale digital or technology solutions
  • Proven track record of:
    • Translating business strategy into product capabilities
    • Delivering measurable business results
  • Experience leading teams and managing direct reports
  • Experience working cross-functionally with:
    • Technology
    • User experience
    • Business partners
  • Experience operating in or leading agile software delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Marketing)
  • Experience in consumer-driven or customer-centric industries
