Your Role
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the firm's marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and other marketing platforms.
  • Support data management initiatives to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of firmwide marketing and client data.
  • Assist with technology rollouts, system enhancements, testing efforts, and the adoption of new marketing technology capabilities.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for marketing technology questions, assisting users with troubleshooting and collaborating with system administrators to resolve issues.
  • Support the administration of marketing technology tools, including user adoption, documentation, training, and communication of new features and functionality.
  • Assist in building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Support lead management and qualification processes while helping maintain data quality and marketing operations best practices.
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing technology, CRM platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), digital marketing, or marketing operations through coursework, projects, internships, or student organizations.
  • Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, Microsoft technologies, AI tools, or related business systems is preferred.
  • Strong interest in learning how technology supports marketing strategy, client engagement, and business development.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and support end users with varying levels of technical expertise.

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time.
