Pega Developer - Senior Software Engineer
Role Summary
The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on Pega developer with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation and modern application development. The candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise workflow and case-management solutions using Pega Infinity '26
The candidate should also have exposure to the latest Pega GenAI capabilities and AI-assisted software development, using Pega Infinity and GenAI capabilities to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and modernize engineering processes.
Required Experience
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience.
Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 25.x/26, with preference for Pega Infinity '26 experience.
Strong experience with Pega Constellation architecture and Constellation UI
Strong knowledge of

Integration Services
Decisioning
Flows and Business Rules
UI development
Security and Role-Based Access
Reporting
SLAs and Assignment Processing
Strong experience integrating Pega with REST APIs and enterprise applications.

Experience working in large enterprise Agile delivery environments
Candidates whose experience is primarily coordination or oversight without recent hands on Pega development experience will not be suitable for this role
