Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will operate and maintain advanced production machinery in a fast-paced, automated environment. You’ll be responsible for mechanical troubleshooting, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automated production equipment efficiently
  • Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
  • Monitor controls, touchscreens, and alarms
  • Load components and perform changeovers
  • Adhere to ISO, TPM, TQM, EHS, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to 80+ lbs. occasionally
  • Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and safety-oriented
