Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, requirements gathering, process improvement, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience with moderate-to-high complexity projects.
  • 5+ years managing IT, enterprise, regulatory, or compliance initiatives.
  • Strong Business Analysis and process redesign experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification preferred.
  • Strong schedule/resource planning and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and Power BI/data dashboards is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Lead end-to-end IT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and executive communications.
  • Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze and redesign current/future-state business processes, workflows, and data flows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead UAT, change management, cutover, implementation, and post-launch activities.
  • Support procurement activities, vendor management, and project governance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, security, records management, and governance standards.
